WORKSHOPS
In all workshops we offer, you will make 3 cocktails and of course drink them! Workshops last between 90 and 120 minutes. You book workshops for groups with a minimum of 8 people to a maximum of 18 people. Also we can offer alcohol free cocktails during the workshop. Please note that we don't take any reservations in the evening after 18:00.
THE CLASSICS WORKSHOP
Always wanted to know what ingredients go into our classic cocktails or in our signature cocktails? During the cocktailworkshop you will learn the basic skills how to make a classic cocktails and we will reveal some of our secrets. If you want to learn how to make a specific cocktail. Please let us know we can include that cocktail in thew workshop.

TIKI WORKSHOP
The tiki world is dominated by rum and fresh juices. That is exactly what we will use in this workshop to create tiki cocktails. From Mai Tai's to our award winning Rumtastic. During the tiki workshop you will learn the history of tiki and how to create these exotic cocktails.

BUBBLES AND COCKTAILS WORKSHOP
If opening a bottle of sparkling wine with a sword is on your bucketlist, this is the workshop for you! During this workshop you will learn how to saber a bottle of sparking wine and create cocktails with sparkling wine. Please note that workshop takes around 2,5 hours.

TASTINGS
Tastings consist of 5 glasses of spirit. Tastings last between 90 and 120 minutes. You can book tastings for groups with a minimum of 8 people to a maximum of 25 people. Please note that we don't take any reservations in the evening after 20:00.
JAPANESE WHISKY TASTING
Behind Bars is well known for his Japanese whiskies. We have more then 100 Japanese whiskies open in our bar and we will release our first single cask in 2 yrs. Japanese whisky was chosen World’s Best Whisky in 2014 and keeps winning. This tasting we will run through the 100 years of history of the Japanese whisky with complementary whiskies that enhances the story.

BOURBON TASTING
When first enter Behind Bars you will notice the cask of our single cask Buffalo Trace release from last year. The bourbon tasting is all about bourbon, sour mash and rye whisky. What are the differences and what makes a bourbon so unique?

RUM TASTING
Rum is one of the best known drinks around the world. During the tasting you will discover the most traditional rums from the carribbean islands. But this not the only place where rums i being made. Every tasted a Japanese rum or a South African rum? Why won't you find out in our tasting.
